Returns and Exchanges CANADA

We accept change of mind returns from CANADA within 7 days of receipt if the item has not been opened from its sealed bag. A return label will be issued and once received back to our warehouse, a refund will be issued to the account it was purchased from, less all shipping costs. We do not reimburse original shipping costs for change of mind returns.
There will also be a $35 restocking fee (our pools are expensive to ship, we offer free shipping to get them to you but if you change your mind, as a small company we have to cover our costs for returns - thank you for understanding).

Returns and Exchanges USA (US SHIPPING IS TEMPORARILY PAUSED)

We do not accept returns and exchanges from USA at this time- all sales are final.  All orders Mon to Friday received before 2 PM EST are shipped that day, any attempt to cancel will be on a best effort basis - once order is shipped we can not cancel it due to our warehouse system which ships orders out quickly as they come in.  You may contact hello@lykkeshop.com for questions.

Defective Items

We offer exchanges and refunds for any defective items within 7 days of purchase. These terms honor issues caused by manufacturing defects only and not those caused by unintended use or normal wear and tear.
