Shipping and Returns

Domestic Shipping Within Canada

  • We offer free standard shipping within Canada on all orders over $100*.
  • Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate of $12.00.
  • Express shipping is available for an extra fee (shown in checkout).
  • Express shipping transit time is 2-4 business days.
  • Orders are shipped on weekdays (non-holidays) only. Orders will be shipped on the day of purchase if placed before 2PM. Any orders made after 2PM will be shipped out the following day.
  • Transit times vary depending on shipping location. A rough estimate is shown below. A more narrowed transit time is provided at checkout.

    INFLATABLE POOLS/ACCESSORIES

    • Central Canada: 5-8 Business Days
    • Western Canada: 6-9 Business Days
    • Eastern Canada: 6-9 Business Days
    • Territories: 7-12 Business Days
      (*we do not offer free shipping to NWT, Yukon and Nunavut at this time, shipping calculated at checkout)
  • A parcel tracking e-mail will be sent to you after processing the order.
  • Please track your package and try to be home to receive it on the day of arrival. If you are not home for delivery we cannot guarantee the condition of which the product will be obtained. Please note, if the customer is not home to receive the package we cannot accept returns based on damage from outdoor elements or if it is stolen.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered or that are not received because the wrong address was provided.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept change of mind returns within 7 days of receipt if the item has not been opened from its sealed bag. A return label will be issued and once received back to our warehouse, a refund will be issued to the account it was purchased from, less all shipping costs. We do not reimburse original shipping costs for change of mind returns.
There will also be a $35 restocking fee (our pools are expensive to ship, we offer free shipping to get them to you but if you change your mind, as a small company we have to cover our costs for returns - thank you for understanding).

Defective Items

We offer exchanges and refunds for any defective items within 7 days of purchase. These terms honor issues caused by manufacturing defects only and not those caused by unintended use or normal wear and tear. USA Shipping

  • We offer free shipping over $100 USD (standard shipping) within the continental USA.   
  • All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for these fees in any way. Duties and taxes vary by country and by order, so we are unable to estimate the cost. Please contact your customs office or local post office for that information.

International Returns and Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not accept international (USA) returns or exchanges. International orders are final sale.
